For us, food is everything

Our Founder Thiago DePaula's entrepreneurial journey has been built on a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and building strong teams. After an incredible five-year run as the Operating Partner of Ceviche Taqueria Alpharetta (2020–2025), where I helped lead the restaurant to sustained growth and success, I co-founded Hyde Brewing in 2024 with a vision of creating a true community gathering place centered around great food, exceptional craft beer, and genuine hospitality.Today, my full focus is on Hyde Brewing. I'm excited to build upon the experience and success of my past while creating something uniquely our own. Every decision is driven by a simple goal: to establish Hyde Brewing as one of Georgia's premier destination brewpubs through outstanding hospitality, quality, and an unwavering commitment to our guests.
